Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. This is used to operate and secure the Website.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial, health or biometric information through the Website, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

3. Cookies and Third-Party Services

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts are delivered to your browser. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

5. Consent

By submitting the contact form or otherwise sharing your details with us, you consent to us processing them for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at sales@iqalabs.net. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, and we may be unable to respond to your enquiry without the information needed to do so.

6. Sharing Your Information

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Website and restricted access to the data we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
